• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello,

I'm new in the Plesk for Windows world, i have more experiences with Linux servers, and i have a little problem with our new Plesk 7.5.4 Windows 2003 server.
When i try up upload a file, then i receive as error message :

230 User tester logged in.
Remote system type is Windows_NT.
ftp> mput testfile.tar
mput testfile.tar? y
227 Entering Passive Mode (xxx,yyy,zzz,111,6,200).
550 testfile.tar: Access is denied.

???
I try to do a ls, but i don't see any file or directory.
I'm i wrong in something that i don't know, or is there a problem with permissions ?
Thanks for any help
Best regards
Jean

18 views, and nobody answer my question...
I'm i to stupid, and don't understand a Plesk FTP feature, or is there a problem with Plesk 7.5.4 and FTP under Windows ?
Or is the Windows community not helpfull, like the Linux one ???
Thanks to let me know, if i have to ask directly to the Plesk support, if i have to RTFM, or what i should do ...
Thanks for any help
Best regards
Jean
