Question FTP access time crossing?

Hello,
I installed Plesk 18.0.70 on my server and set up my domain, now the FTP has a problem with the connection that does not work because there is always a time overrun, can someone tell me why?

Strange white connection with root works without any problems.

I am not quite sure I was able to understand what the issue is. Please provide the exact error you are encountering, the transfer settings of your FTP client, and as many details as possible in general.
