• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

FTP access with domain name

Is there any way to access through FTP or the web a Plesk account without using the domain name? For example, if my server is 201.201.201.201 is there a way to FTP to 201.201.201.201 and access a particular domain on the server

Also, can this be done via the web, e.g going to http://201.201.201.201/mydomain.com/ to view mydomain.com?

I need this to be able to copy over files and test a site before the domain has been transferred.
