FTP accounts not being created in Serv-U

I just installed Plesk 7.6 on a clean Windows 2003 Server box running Serv-U 6.3.

Whenever I create FTP sub accounts on a domain, Plesk creates the account as a Windows user account rather than a Serv-U account, so that user cannot logon via FTP. The Microsoft FTP server is not even installed.

Do I have something configured improperly?
