FTP before Propagation

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows what the ftp address to upload files is before a domain has propagated on the Internet.

There is a Preview set up for viewing domains before they are propagated, but I can't seem to figure out what the ftp address is.

before domain propagation you can use IP address of the domain.
