FTP Broken

Usermng Problem

up2date broke some files on my server.

Now trying to log into any ftp account gives a login incorrect message

When adding a domain in Plesk I get a message:

Unable to update hosting preferences: unable to create system user: usermng: unable to adduser: username

FTP restart doesn't work.

What can i look for?
