    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Ftp connection refused

hello everybody
I seen that this is a common issue between plesk users ( :)) but I haven't found a solution so I ask you if you can help me

In my server, all ftp connections are refused ...

lsof -i tcp:21
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
xinetd 31863 root 5u IPv6 18008746 0t0 TCP *:ftp (LISTEN)

The ftp server is running... the port in the firewall are opened... i tried to disable SeLinux and fail to ban but without success... my server IP are not behing a NAT

take into consider to tell the comunity a bit more about your System and proftpd conf like standard or you configured passive mode, is there a third-party firewall ? or something in the logfiles... otherwise it is just guessing

In the meantime I found a solution on this thread Unable to connect to a server via FTP with ProFTPd installed from Atomicorp repository: Fatal: ScoreboardFile: : unable to use '/var/run/proftpd/scoreboard': No such file or directory
