Issue FTP doesn't work and plesk multiple files upload kicks me out after a few minutes

Hi, I have a big problem. I have recently switched to Plesk and I do not understand if it is full of problems he or I do not know how to use it. I connected via FTP on plesk but every minute it asks me to confirm the certificate because it has expired. How can I solve?

Furthermore, if I remove the obligation of the validity of the certificate,
the connection every 5 minutes kicks me out and does not allow me to upload my files. How can I solve?

Last question, if I upload many files from the browser to plesk, after 5/6 minutes it kicks me off the connection and aborts the upload. Is there a way to upload a lot of large files to plesk? For now I have not succeeded.
