ftp login failed

I get login failed in any ftp account i created on three different domains under setup in plesk.

The username and password is correct. I even changed them a few times and same problen. I am using wsftp and even trying through windows explorer. By ip address and by ftp.domain.com or domain.com

Same problem. Any ideas why such a simple thing won't work?
