• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

After I make a new client, and a domain for that client, and they try to FTP to the server they get the following

"530 User kbodine cannot log in, home directory inaccessible"

I have other customers that are able to login via FTP just fine
I even removed the client account/domain and started from scratch and no go

Any suggestions?

Ok. I have had my host (theplanet.com) look @ this problem now and they cant figure it oiut either. THey are recomended a re-install of Please from scratch (ouch).

Has anyone else seen this problem before. Running 7.5 for windows and this started occuring after a recent patch upgrade. Running -Reconfigure does not fix issue
