FTP & Machintosh

If I enable the firewall my client with mac (ver 10.3.8 for examples) can't connect anymore using dreamwever or ftp by terminal.
I lose my clent if I can't resolve these problem.

P.S. With version 10.2.8 is all ok, I disable FTP Passive.
