Question FTP not fetching directory structure.

Server operating system version

alma linus

Plesk version and microupdate number

obsidian

hi all,

When i try to click directory listing , it took a while then i clicked another directory. From then this is the error.
No one touched server.

Then emails dont connect also.

Fail2ban disabled so no firewall issue.

All was working until then

What is the solution? Does "xinetd" hanged? Should i restart? will it stop old process?

Let me know if anyone have ideas. SFTP works and get directory listing

The issue frequently occurs when the firewall is blocking the passive ports range. You could first check the Plesk Firewall whether the FTP passive ports are allowed. This KB article gives more advice on it: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...r-ProFTPd-on-a-Plesk-server-behind-a-firewall

i dont want to mess up any bu running those scripts. i see those ports in the file
