FTP password on Plesk...

I have a shared Plesk Server and also running HSPc. I am trying to reset or change a clients FTP password on the server. In the clients control panel we can reset the ftp username, but the password field is greyed out. I also don't see where in HSPc to change it either.

The account you are using to attempt to change the password does not have privileges to do so.

If this is a web host company you will need to contact them to have an admin perform this operation as it is usualy setup when the account is created.

If you ARE the admin then login with your admin account to make the changes.
