ftp permission problem

dear sir or madam

I took a vps from a company.

VPS comes with plesk 8.2.0, everythings are working fine.

But there is a problem about ftp server.

When a ftp client sends a file to ftp server, the user can not delete that file, and as an administrator can not see the content of that file

it is seen as a permission problem, but it is interesting issue, I can not see the content of that file as an administator

how can I fix this problem?

What permissions does user have?
What permission does file have?
Did you try to make administrator owner of this file?
Most probably user doesn't have permissions to delete it;
