FTP Publish Porblem

Hi,

I installed sitebuilder on my server: Windows 2003, IIS; Serv-U FTP

Everything works except Publish.

When I try to publish a site I get this message:

"Publishing failed. Error copying files"

P.S.: I tried to open a ticket but when i access your support form I get this message:

Incorrect SiteBuilder build
(This is located on the info page under INFO toolbar button when logged in to SiteBuilder as an administrator. Example: 020821.18)

But thats the number i found on teh ASbout tab login as administrator
