Issue Ftp server goes down

Hi All!
I have an issue with Proftpd on Centos 7

When I try to upload the website using filezilla or dreamveawer the ftpserver deny connection after a while. After some minutes it is possible to connect again

Also if I try to use the filemanager in Plesk, the files get uploaded to 99% then an error and nothing is uploaded:

I am a beginner on plesk but not on FTP. *

What can be wrong

Pleask 12.5 Web Pro on Centos 7 VPS

Do you have any related error messages in /usr/local/psa/var/log/xferlo or /var/log/secure ?
