After the upgrade to Onyx , can't connect to ftp with an ftp client like FileZilla or through a web browser.

Tried plesk repair ftp and the output was :
Checking system users ............................................... [OK]
Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

it's nice that you try to describe your issue, but it would help much more, if you include depending log - file - entries, so that people willing to help you have something to start with, when they try to investigate the issue together with you.

Sometimes, it is as well a good idea to change the log - level, to get more informations in psa - log - files:
