Getting a Page Reset Message When Accessing Webmail

Hi:

I don't have much technical working knowledge about Plesk, and version 9.5.4 is now installed on my Virtual Private Server.

When accessing Webmail for one Email address on one of my domains, I can't see the Email now when I log in through Horde. The version of Horde is version 3.3.6. Instead, when clicking on the "Mail" icon within Horde, I get a message telling me that the page has been reset. However, mail can still be sent and received fine through Outlook on this Email address. I just can't see and send any Email through Webmail.

I tried deleting the Email address through Plesk, waiting 10 minutes, then re-installing the Email address again, but the problem still continues on.

Do you have any suggestions for me on how to fix this?

First thing I would recomend is using a tool like firebug or fiddler to see what the request and response are doing. It could be something a redirect loop, or the traffic redirecting to ssl when ssl isnt enabled, or something sily like that like. You can also check the log files on the server to see what is happening too.

My technical support people at my hosting company told me they're getting the following error message when reproducing the problem:

Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE): The server closed the connection without sending any data.
