  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Getting PHP5 to work as a CGI

Hello-

I've spent hours on this, and I give up.

I saw this thread:

http://forum.plesk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22678&highlight=php5

And figured, why not compile my own?

So I compiled php, installed it to /usr/php and no matter what I do, I can't get it to work. Well, I mean work with apache. I've tried all sorts of variations of AddType and Action in the apache conf files. Plesk breaks them down into so many files, I'm not sure which I should be adding to.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

Thanks.

TM
