Question Getting Plesk Paid Support

Hello,

So i have been working on my plesk 12.5 server on ubuntu 14.04 and im coming across issues left and right.

I'm actually wanting to get paid support. HOWEVER. The partner, who i got my Plesk key from, "refuses" to give me their partner code so i can actualy get paid support.

What should I do?
