• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Resolved Google Authenticator Extension: Page disappears when clicking it

Hello Pleskians

I have a little bug report about the "Google Authenticator" Extension from Plesk, which would be nice when it could be fixed. Also, I have a suggestion for it.

When you log in to Plesk with Google Authenticator activated, this page is shown:

When you now click anywhere outside of the Google Authenticator field, the page disappears and will get completely white. You have to reload the page to get the input field again:

It's only a small bug, but would be nice when it could get fixed.

Also, I have a little recommendation: Since the Google Authenticator is not the only 2FA provider, it would be cool when the extension would have another name, for example "Plesk 2FA". I personally use Authy (Why? It's synced: Authy vs. Google Authenticator - Authy).

Wish you nice easter!

Ops, I've made the thread in the wrong place I think. Can someone move it to Reports?
