• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Regular Pleskian
Anyone else starting to get Support requests from customers saying Google mail DNS setting won't verify due to the high priority MX not being set as MX(1) ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM In the last week we've started to get a number of these. This never used to be an issue... Anyone got a contact at google they could ask whats going on here? Setting it manually on the command line is a real pita

Hi,
Yes, same thing here.
Here's Plesk answer :

« There is internal feature for implementation custom priorities for MX record for domain. We need to figure out of the demand and the popularity for further planning of feature delivery.
I have created corresponding request on UserVioce portal:
You can vote for this feature and leave comments. They are also reviewed by our development team and can influence the feature implementation.»

So don't hesitate to vote, that will help to see this feature implemented !
