  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Google Postmaster Email Compliance Status

armanmisdar

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.55 Update #2
I have never having any issue to sent email from my Plesk to Gmail before. But lately my emails get rejected. Upon checking my Google Postmaster Tools dashboard, I saw this:

SPF and DKIM authentication - Needs work — Set up both SPF and DKIM authentication
From: header alignment - Needs work — Ensure that the From: header aligns with either SPF or DKIM
DMARC authentication - Needs work — Set up DMARC authentication with a minimum policy of none (p=none)
Encryption - Needs work — Set up TLS encryption

You guys can refer to the attachment to see the screenshot.

I believed I have set up everything accordingly before with SPF and DKIM. Any now when I'm seeing the requirement for DMARC authentication and TLS encryption, I'm bit loss.

Can anyone here share what they did with the settings in Plesk to fulfill all the requirements above?

Thanks
