  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Greylist / whitelist not working after 12.5 upgrade

I've entered the following command...

/usr/local/psa/bin/grey_listing --update-server -domains-whitelist "add:*protection.outlook.com"

And now I see the following when I check with -i:

White domains patterns list:
*protection.outlook.com

With 12.0.18 this seemed to work fine. After the upgrade to 12.5, mail from outlook.com is now still being greylisted, which is a problem as many people know.

Did something change in 12.5 that requires me to do something differently?
 
Have you tried re-enable this whitelist on 12.5? Just remove it and add again.
 
Yes, but I have other white listed domains as well. Would I need to remove all of them and try again?
 
I went ahead and removed everything in my whitelists and blacklists and re-entered them. So far, everything appears to be working now.
