  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Greylisting rejected a message for hours

I just had a complaint about a message that was delivered with a delay of about 10 hours.
Looking at the logs, this is what i found:

Only at 2am the message eventually got accepted.
As you can see it always was being sent from the same server and same IP address.
The greylisting config shows the following
Grey listing checking enabled
Grey interval 5 minutes
Expire interval 51840 minutes
Penalty interval 2 minutes
Penalty disabled
Personal grey listing
configuration allowed

So it is my understanding that at the 16:26 attempt the message should have been accepted, but it was not.
Any ideas as to what the cause could be?

This thread was marked as resolved... was it by accident or was it a bug that has been fixed?
