• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

GUI Updater still broken

Ever since I upgraded to 8.0+ Plesk from 7 the gui updater no longer function and I had to ssh in and use text based auto updater file I downloaded from swsoft to do hotfixes or update plesk when needed.

I have tried to fix the gui updater with no avails and posted about this before but no answer to this question so I am posting again to see if anyone happen to have the same issue and fixed it that they don't mind post here and sharing it with me how to fix the gui updater.

Right now if I select a package to update then click "install" next thing I see is that box that pops up "Loading Please Wait" and the spinning icon but in 5 or so minutes it will time out and I get a connection dropped page error etc.

Thank you
Bill
