handler mapping is different ?

OS is windows 2008 R2, and plesk 9.5.1, IIS7

I saw the handler mapping which was different on IIS of Default web site and any sites created by plesk ,

Site created by plesk has only the Plesk_Handler_XXX, no "ScriptHandlerFactoryAppServices-Integrated-4.0" or others.

How to let both same when the site created by plesk ? or how to automatically generate ??
