handlers permanentfail - emails fail

As per previous comments in version 8

I am having problems with all emails (apart from ones coming from domain name)

Have followed advice as per http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=83180

restarted psm and rebooted server and disabled services as well, but still a problem with domain keys (even when disabled !!)

Ubuntu 8 LTS ....up to date
Plesk 9.5.2 .......up to date

please help
