Hard Disk quota is not supported

Same problem with 10.4.4...
There isn't option for quota to Web users.

So I can't create web users because i want they are quota.

the problem still persists!

I have a CentOS 6 x64 server, with Quota enabled, nothing seems to hit the mark, quotas are not enabled!

[root@demeter ~]# quotacheck -vguma
quotacheck: Scanning /dev/mapper/vg00-var [/var] done
quotacheck: Checked 144758 directories and 1890136 files
quotacheck: Your kernel probably supports journaled quota but you are not using it. Consider switching to journaled quota to avoid running quotacheck after an unclean shutdown.
quotacheck: Scanning /dev/mapper/vg00-home [/home] done
quotacheck: Old group file not found. Usage will not be substracted.
quotacheck: Checked 1 directories and 1 files
