Hard drive crashed! - Transfer old plesk files?

Hi everyone!

I had me server OS get corrupted becuase of the hard drive. All of my old files are on a readable D: drive, and my new plesk install in on my C: drive. Can I just copy all the old content to the new?

Will that restore my old settings and websites etc?

Thanks for any ideas on how to do this!
