header/footer help

Hi
Im using sitebuilder installed on a hosting site im with, so can't see any of the templates installed DIR .

Can anyone post a link or show me the header / footer php files for the template xsk-19 ??

I need them to put on scripts like bbphp / webcalender / Noahs Classifieds etc.....
any help on getting the above scripts to work within Plesk templates would be great
