Health monitor not updating

Hi,

After hardware upgrade (+2 CPU Core and 1Gb RAM) I restarted my server, ran the "Server Management > Health Monitoring > Detect Hardware Changes" buton.
But the health monitor graphs are still blank... (see attachement)

I tried :

[root@tonegraphics ~]# /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/scripts/setup-health-monitor.php
Operation completed successfully

[root@tonegraphics ~]# /etc/init.d/psa-health-monitor-notificationd status
psa-health-monitor-notificationd (pid 2032) is running...

[root@tonegraphics ~]# /etc/init.d/psa-health-monitor-notificationd restart
Stopping PP HM notification daemon: [ OK ]
Starting PP HM notification daemon: [ OK ]

Process sw-collected is working :

[root@tonegraphics ~]# /etc/init.d/sw-collectd status
sw-collectd (pid 2043) is running...

[root@tonegraphics ~]# /etc/init.d/sw-collectd restart
Stopping sw-collectd: [ OK ]
Starting sw-collectd: [ OK ]

Any other idea ?

This command give me the result pasted in the txt file in attachement.
