Health monitor doesn't show any values

I am Running Parallels Panel as follow.
BS CentOS 6.2 (Final)
Panel-Version 11.5.30 Update #17

And the Health monitor doesn't show any values. It displays an question tag instead.
beside that the server is running pretty stable. has anybody an idea how to solve this issue?

my fault. i checked today and it works now. but now i got sort of the opposite problem.
