Help against spam and viruses

hi guys

are there any way to block ips from Plesk or Win2003 standart. I need to do it because there is a virus and spam rain from some ips.

Please help me to solve the problem.

the Spam filter is quite good and moderate
we have good results reached with tinyfirewall
