G galaxy Regular Pleskian Jul 7, 2014 #1 I've had the help desk software since plesk 9.5. I'm on 11.5.30 now and I get customers entering tickets, but I don't see where to access them in the admin panel. Where did they go? How do I update/respond to them and update the tickets?
