Dear all,
Sitebuilder was working fine on our server for the last few months. But now, when we input text into the feedback form, it gives the following message "Fatal error in feedback module: Safe Mode in on, please contact your server administrator"
I have checked our php.ini and switched off safe mode (that is safe_mode=Off and sql.safe_mode=Off in php.ini) But it is still giving the same problem.
My customers are getting annoyed with this problem. Any suggestion would be truly appreciated.
