HELP! I accidentally removed my e-shop. How can I restore it into SiteBuilder 4.5?

Dear all,

I have a webhost that provided me with Plesk sitebuilder 4.5 to build my own website.

I have put in many work to create and fill a E-shop with products.
By accident I have removed the whole e-shop in the structure page of sitebuilder.
I have not jet uploaded the changes so the e-shop is still online. But now I cannot make any changes anymore to my website or the shop will be removed forever.

My webhost says there is absolutely no way to put my e-shop back into sitebuilder. Is this true? If not can anyone telle me how it can be done and if yes, does anybody know another way to get my e-store bakc on my website without using sitebuilder?

Hello,

Actually you can try to restore your data from the backup (or your hoster can try)

You can use the following article in order to do this:

Of course this can help if the backup was created.
