Do you mean French LP for Sitebuilder? All language packs located here: http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/sitebuilder/lp/

I understand but I need source french file not msi file.

It's more easy to change some lines from french file.

As I know samples of source files are installed with Sitebuilder LPDK. If you can't find there French one it should be created from the scratch. I can also suggest you to visit developers forum and post this message there. Probably someone can share with you fr.sblp localization package: http://swdn.swsoft.com/en/forum/

Here you can find loc pack for french locale for SiteBuilder for Windows 3.2:

We'll try to include localization packs source in SiteBuilder SDK 4.0.
