Help Files Missing For Domain Owners

Upgraded Plesk to 9.5.3 from 8.6 and now the help links in domain owner control panels are broken, when I look at the folder there are no files on /locales/en-US/help/dl_usr/ where helpo links point to, can anyone help me I'm not sure how to get the missing files. Coyld someone possibly send me the folder and contents from a 9.5.3 distribution??
