help me please

Cannot publish, please help.

Please forgive me if this is an obvious fix, but I'm very inexperienced with this stuff.

Anyways, I created the site with sitebuilder and stuff, then I go to publish and I get this:

Error: The site cannot be published to the specified location.
Cannot find site files at http://(my site).com/. The specified site URL does not match the FTP settings.


What does this mean?

I bought the domain on name.com and got the basic hosting service.

Please help.
