Although I have been using Migrate Guru plugin to migrate, exploring interactive feature that comes with Plesk. The first screen that I see is:

Upload application files

The website that I intend to migrate here can be accessed by me using Plesk Admin/FTP. Should I copy the files using FTP and upload here:

Is it necessary to remove the three default folders before that or they will remain as it is?

Any tutorial link or guidance appreciated.

Your document root directory is httpdocs. Please do not upload the files to your "Home directory" but to "httpdocs". Please do not erase the other directories from your "Home directory".

However, as you mention "Migrate Guru": That plugin should do the transfer for you. You will only need to pay attention to the correct target path. So if you are asked what ftp path the target has, it ought to be httpdocs.
