• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Properly Connecting a WordPress Website

Hi there! Right now, I'm using Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64 on an Ionos VPS server. I recently used LocalWP to move a website that I had originally created on my PC. I've modified the WordPress config.php file and successfully uploaded all of my files and database to the cloud. In the wp_options table, I have also changed the domain.

I'm having trouble linking the website to the domain, though. Since the A record points to my VPS's IP address, the settings in the Ionos dashboard seem to be in order. Plesk has its own DNS settings, which I am aware of, and I think I might need to change anything there. I would appreciate any advice!

Hi, can you describe what exactly the troubles are you having? Any errors?
This would help to provide you correct feedback then.
