First of all make sure that you have configured the physical hosting Plesk. To check this

Login to Plesk > Domain > Search Domain > Click on domain > Review if you can see the "delete" button enable which actually can delete the physical hosting.

If in that section only SETUP button is enabled and all other are disabled the it means physical hosting is not configured and you will need to click on setup and complete the physical hosting.

In case you you have created the physical hosting correctly or domain is missing in IIS and it is giving the error even then as you mentioned above then you will need to run this command:

C:\Program Files\SWSoft\Plesk\admin\bin>
websrvmng.exe --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=<domain name>

This will reconfigure the domain environment. But please note this will work if physical hosting is created in Plesk/.
