Help! Site is down during Plesk Updater.

I just when to update my version of Plesk from 8.2.0 to the latest one, and it said I will be notified by email when the update is complete. I have not received this email yet, and my website is down!! Will the site come back up when the updates are complete? How long does this usually take? I can't have the site down right now! It's a News website.
