• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Help start up from cloned server

sirio81

New Pleskian
Hi all, I have this situation: I was trying to clone my hosted server on a virtual machine because the server is old and I can't access it.
I was able to clone the server (with apache and mysql not running).
Right now I have my virtual machine that boot correctly, apache and mysql services are running.
I changes ip to the network interface.
If I access http://ip I get "it's working" web page.
If I try to access https://ip:8443, it will time out.
The os is a debian squeeze 64 bit with plesk 11.0.9.

What do can check to understand where are the problems?
How to deal with plesk license in such case?
