help with plesk control panel
We are trying to add a back up to our phpbb forum, the ftp account properties will not let us create a new store location for back ups.
The original back up store was deleted by mistake and now we are stuck to how to restore our forums content from the earlier version of 3.0.9.
We made a successful restore a few days ago to an upgrade (3.0.10) however encountered problems when it reverted back to the earlier phpbb version....
The full back up files are stored in httpsdocs/backups
i using using plesk control panel with freezone, we need that ftp repository bu i can't find it on the contol panel
and i got this error one back up
Error: Unable to retrieve listing of directory "/httpsdocs/backup": Access denied: 530
We would be grateful if someone help us
