Helpdesk add on problem

Does anyone know how to remove the helpdesk button from the mailuser interface (Not Client)?

I have a server with resellers and i don't want questions from their mailusers and they (the resellers) don't want me to receive questions from their mailusers.

Please help me out!

If its disabled, the button doesn't show IIRC.

What do you mean by that? I don't want to disable the Helpdesk function. I just want Clients to see the button, not e-mail clients and domain users.
