Question Heroku + DNS Forward

Hello guys!
I have a problem! My site has subdomain and hosted in Heroku.
How I resolve DNS with subdomain?
When I access to site return message:

• Create domains and set up Web hosting using Plesk.

pls. consider to contact your domain registrar, if you experience issues/problems/errors with your domain and the used nameserver(s) - Your domain registrar offers ( mostly ) as well a knowledge base or some FAQs, where you should be able to inform yourself about their services.
