I just want to let you know that I got a "blank page" when trying to open some messages, and I realiced that that happens (TO ME, without update 9.5) when i try to open Very Large Text Emails

Like for example the ones received by a Mailer-Daemon (converting images to ascii text) which turns a regular mail with a 200kb image into a monster of thousands of lines of chars.

So maybe that's adjustable, or not strictly related to Horde.

Look around for other solutions!

Update: As I was thinking, it's a PHP memory limit related error (I repeat, MY CASE!, Update problem victim's may not benefit from this)

The same problem here - clean Plesk 9.5.2 installation. Unable to view emails with large attachments. Horde shows blank page for such emails.

Hi Brad,

ATmail is a good option of cource, but my customers are always used Horde, and they are very upset now. Parallels team is responcible for their products support, and this case is definately should be resolved by them, but for now I see no any reaction at all. Such continuous post-upgrade issues with Plesk are not acceptable. My servers are linux based so probably I need to try CPanel as control panel instead of Plesk if I had to migrate all customers from one applications that comes with Plesk to others anyway?

to /etc/apache2/envvars

Solves it here (Ubuntu 8.04 LTS)

This seems to be a much better place than /usr/sbin/apache2ctl. For me this works too on Ubuntu 8.04.

@IgorG: Could developers reproduce this problem yet? It seems to affect many people so a fix would be great.

I don't have either of these files, I'm using Linux 2.6.23.17-88.fc7 with plesk panel 9.5.2. I'm desperate for a solution to this...haven't been able to use webmail since upgrading to 9.5.2

Thank you Bevan...turns out the "/etc/sysconfig/httpd" did work... I must have done something wrong on my first attempt. Appreciate the help.

Let me add my voice to the chorus - Running Plesk 9.5.2 on Ubuntu - exactly the same problem - can login to Horde but only showing blank page when I click on Inbox

Solves it here but restarting apache2 is not enough.. I had to stop apache en then start.
