horde: change password problem

after upgrade to plesk 8.6 i cannot change password via horde (it's hang) when password contains special character. All help appreciated

What kind of special character exactly?

i got this problem with 3 servers (resh install and upgrade from 7.6). horde will hang if new password contains any special character (ex: @,!,#.....).
